Want to squeeze some more power from your Asus Eee PC 1215N netbook or Asus Lamborghini VX6? If yes, follow this overclocking guide. First get a copy of setFSB and select ICS9LPR427AGLF from the drop down menu. Then use the biggest slider bar or the incremental arrows next to it to increase the fsb.

Users have found that the unit can remain until 2.2GHz (slider at 561 and fsb set at 123MHz, the actual fsb as read in cpuz is 246MHz). You also make the netbook overclock itself at startup itself. To do this, you will need to make a shortcut like this:
drive:\setfsb_2_2_134_98\setfsb.exe -w1 -s123
, where ‘drive’ can be c:, d: and so on. After making the shortcut, put it in the startup folder that can found in start menu.
To overclock the ION GPU, you will need to download nvidia system tools. SetFSB can be downloaded from here. via eeeuser

hi there, i’ve got a problem, because everytime when i slide the bar to 561 and click “set FSB”,my 1215n loses it’s network connection
can anyone help me?
Hm. That is weird, but I own 1215T and 1201t, so cannot help you. May you should not use Internet while gaming? ;)
You should overclock moderatly. i got same netbook and i dont slide up to 561… more than 2000Mhz and my laptop starts running unstable. so i work permanently 481 instead of 561….
Yeah, I keep my VX6 at about 2000 MHz. I’ve found having Asus Hybrid Engine running at the same time isn’t a good idea.
