LG may not be the most popular (and successful) netbook brand, but the Korean manufacture has not given up yet. Today, the company unveiled its new X170 netbook which come with average netbook specs. LG is highlighting an interesting feature called SmartPOP though that gives you full access to your phone from your PC.
