Social media– you can’t escape it, can’t avoid it. It’s a staple of the modern business world. And in a way, it’s a double-edged sword.

On one hand, social media opens up a whole new world to market your business online. But on the other hand, you have more competition from other marketers jockeying for the same limited pool of attention from prospects.

If you’ve been considering the Social Media Mastery program from Eric Worre but have been unsure whether or not it’s a worthwhile investment, you’re at the right place.

Is it powerful enough to give you an edge over your peers? Or is it a scam? Read on this review to find out.

What is Social Media Mastery?

Social Media Mastery is a step-by-step training program that shows you how to create your own strategy for using social media.

The plan behind the course is to teach you the skills you need to succeed, and then allow you to apply those skills in your own time, on your own terms.

It provides tools that help you master content, reach the right people, and grow your online presence.

So, even though it was specifically designed to help business owners, online entrepreneurs and marketers to expand their reach online, a lot of this material can be used by anyone interested in developing their personal brand or getting more followers.

The idea behind Eric Worre’s Social Media Mastery is to teach you how each social media platform works and how it can be used as an effective marketing tool for your business. And then, strategically use it to target your audience to get the max benefit for your business.

Who is Eric Worre?

Eric Worre has risen to the top in the network marketing industry by being a pioneer when it comes to network marketing education.

He started his career in network marketing by selling products in his own business in 2005.

He quickly realized that most people were doing it all wrong and decided to take it upon himself to do something about it.

After studying their methods and strategies for over three years, he wrote what would become one of the most popular books on network marketing in 2009 called Network Marketing Pro -over 100 pages of material detailing how to properly build your business using network marketing.

Today, Eric Worre is a highly successful network marketer. He’s also the CEO and mastermind behind the Social Media Mastery and Go Pro Academy.

He has developed many different tools and systems that have changed the entire industry for the better, and is currently one of the most well-known names in network marketing.

Social Media Mastery Course Overview

The program is broken into seven modules that tackle different aspects of the process of leveraging social media as a marketing tool for your network marketing business.

Let me show you what you’ll find in each one of them:

Module 1 – Why Social Media Now?

Social media can be a powerful tool for your business. But there’s a lot of noise out there — and it can be hard to know where to start.

The course starts off by introducing the idea of social media, covering all of the major platforms and why they’re so important for any business.

Module 2 – Building Your Social Media Brand

The goal of this module is to give you the tools to develop a brand that will help people connect with who you are and what you do.

Eric Worre also talks about engagement, which is key to connecting with your audience and building trust. He also covers topics like brand awareness, lead generation, conversion tracking and social proof.

The biggest takeaway from the last part of this section is the importance of consistency in your social media efforts. The more often you post, the more likely you are to be seen as an authority by potential customers.

Module 3 – How to Grow Your Network of Friends, Followers, and Fans

Here you’ll be taking a closer look at Eric’s method to attract more people into your network with a very simple approach -story-based marketing.

He’ll also cover some simple techniques that you can use to get your message in front of the right people who are likely to share it with their network.

At the end of this module, you will know how to create an attractive character that everyone will like and trust; how to choose the best venue for you; how to expand your network using story-based marketing, and how to use the content curation method effectively.

Module 4 – How to Convert Your Network of Friends, Followers, and Fans

Converting your social media followers into customers and clients is a challenge, but people who can offer real value and solve real problems are always in demand.

This module will show you how to convert your network of friends, followers, and fans into prospects by giving them something they need.

You’ll learn why most social media efforts fail and what you can do to keep your efforts from failing and tips on how to overcome objections that will stop your prospects from taking the next step.

Module 5 – How to Convert Your Prospects into Customers and Distributors

This module provides methods for turning prospects into members of your own affiliate team.

Marketing your online business can be an intimidating task. But, if you know how to convert your prospects into customers and distributors, it gets easier.

Affiliate marketing is a great way to create an army of sales people to help you spread the word about your products and services.

The best affiliates are passionate about your products, so it’s worth taking the time to convert them into distributors.

Module 6 – How to Use Social Media to Train and Communicate with Your Team

It’s one thing to promote your brand and products, but to be a successful affiliate manager, you need to go above and beyond and develop relationships with your team so they feel like they’re part of a larger family.

After all, they are. So, how do you build those relationships?

This module introduces you to several social media platforms and how they can be used to communicate with affiliates.

Module 7 – How to Duplicate this Social Media Strategy with Your Team

The best affiliates aren’t the ones who know how to generate traffic, but the ones who can effectively leverage other affiliates to generate traffic for them.

In this module, Eric will show you how to build a downline from scratch and train those affiliates so they can replicate your results on their own.

However, I’d like to warn you here:

When it comes to social media marketing, there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all strategy.

Every business has its own unique goals when it comes to social media marketing, so even though you’re getting Eric’s blueprint, your results may be different from what he teaches in this series.

The course comes with a ton of extra resources that quickly give you tips and tricks for using each social media platform, plus video transcripts of the training modules you’re already watching.

How Much Does It Cost To Join Social Media Mastery?

Here’s the problem.

At nearly $500, this course is out of the price range of anyone dabbling in online business.

There are many courses out there that offer you information for hundreds of dollars, but when you break down the course to see how much of the content is actually worth your time, you find it’s very little.

Sure, Social Media Mastery is a great course with lots of useful information, but I’m not sure that it’s worth $500 for the amount of content they’re offering.

I think that they could provide most of this information for less money, say around $200-$300. What do you think?

Is Social Media Mastery a Scam Or Legit?

Social media is one of the most powerful tools for building your brand.

But it’s not a simple one-size-fits-all solution, and there are a lot of different strategies you can use to grow your brand on social media.

Is this a scam? It certainly doesn’t feel that way.

The system seems very comprehensive and expansive, with a lot of information on the inner workings of many social media platforms.

Social media mastery is a bit of a misnomer in my opinion.

Although the course does cover social media marketing, it also covers other topics such as creating videos, using infographics to spread your message, building relationships with influencers, affiliate marketing, and more.

However, if you’re just starting out as an online marketer new to social media, you may find some of the content difficult to follow or grasp.

The price tag might be a bit high as well, so be sure to do your research before feeling persuaded to purchase this course.

Social Media Mastery Review – Final Thoughts

Social Media Mastery is a comprehensive training program that takes you through all of the ins and outs of marketing on social media.

It isn’t perfect, though. There are better online programs out there (and better ways to make money online)

However, it’s incredibly comprehensive and well-organized, and it has the potential to help anyone who wants to learn more about marketing their business through social media.
