grant-cardone-university-review

Grant Cardone is an American author of The 10X Rule and Sell or Be Sold, was dubbed by Forbes the #1 Marketing Influencer in the World, and has a net worth of $350 million.

Today, I’m here to make it easier for you to figure out if the Cardone program is suitable for you or not.

Let’s find out!

Who is Grant Cardone?

Grant Cardone is a well-known businessman.

He has a great ability to turn words into money.

At the age of a teenager, Grant Cardone found himself in rehab.

But after that, he eventually became an 8-digit entrepreneur, salesperson, and earner.

He has an amazing philosophy about life and insights into human nature, which serves him well in his sales tactics.

Grant Cardone is a self-proclaimed middle-class guy who came out of nowhere.

But, who’s Grant Cardone really?

Before that, he began working at McDonald’s, a country club, sailing in Alta Mar, and a furniture store.

Unfortunately, he was fired from each and every one of them until he found himself in drug rehab.

He found himself lost and confused.

At the age of 23, he decided to take his life into his own hands and failure was not an option.

He decided that he would learn all about car sales.

He spent about two years doing just that and becoming more aggressive in sales than the dealership owner himself.

In just two years, Grant was among the top 1% of the nation’s auto salespeople.

But after witnessing the corruption at the car dealership and was subsequently fired for reporting it.

After that, he decided to start his own business.

Grant saved some money for a few years and then finally bought his first property: a single-family residence in Houston, Texas, at the age of 29.

However, Grant’s property was suffering losses as the tenants left after a while.

This tragedy taught Grant a valuable lesson.

At 34, Grant is in the real estate business.

He bought a 38-unit apartment complex in San Diego with most of the money he earned as a car salesman.

Today he has a 9-figure real estate portfolio because he continues to channel the income he earns from his sales business into real estate.

Grant Cardone University Review

This course includes everything from sales to objection management, motivation, finances, goal setting, webinars, and more.

They add new content constantly.

Many of the teachings here felt familiar on Grant’s part, but nonetheless, I thought that the organized format in which you can constantly go back and forth really improves your learning abilities and really makes his teachings a part of you.

How much information can you retain while reading a book?

They said maybe 10%.

That is why you begin to live according to him.

One must read a book 5 to 10 times.

I’m not saying you should read all the books so many times, but you should read the books that are really important.

Some of his important books such as The 10x Rule or Sell Or Be Sold and know the fundamental principles of Cardones sales.

In the same way, many people learn best when there are audio and video.

Repeated searching for this material at Cardone University should work for Grant Cardone and be a personal mentor.

If you are a fan of Grant Cardone, you have come to know that it is beneficial to improve your sales.

I highly recommend that you get your 10X Rule audiobook if you’re just getting to know Grant Cardone and the things he went through.

What I like best about Grant is that it gives you real practical lessons that you can apply right away, including a sales script and all the different ways to follow up with a potential customer, which I found especially helpful.

It also has this way of motivating you to keep going to do more and get more.

You can adopt Grant’s 10X mindset to show noticeable increases in your results.

grant-cardone-university-review

Grant Cardone University costs $99/month.

It isn’t a very expensive price…But, believe it or not, there are cheaper programs that are even BETTER. Like this lead generation training program, which costs less than what a taco costs you.

Cardone University Pros and Cons

Pros:

  • Short video segments.
  • Extremely motivating
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Regular updates / additions.
  • Weekly brain pools.
  • Easy to navigate what you are looking for.
  • Massive amounts of content, with a wide variety of topics.
  • Test after each video: which forces you to pay attention to each session.
  • Full access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, with support!

Cons:

Who is Grant Cardone University for?

Grant Cardone University is primarily aimed at offering courses for salespeople. But I’m not just talking about people with sales on their business cards.

If you have your own business, you are in sales, if you work on commission, if you are trying to convince your better half that you need a new car, you better be in sales because if you’re not selling, they’re selling it!

What is 10x Grant Cardone?

The 10x Rule, by Grant Cardone, claims to help you make it possible to get what you want in amounts you’ve never thought possible before… but it depends on how much effort and thought you put into it

This is somehow how one of Cardone’s speeches began when he presented the 10x rule to the world. It’s actually much more extensive and interesting, but let’s get to the nitty-gritty.

The 10X Rule is based on understanding how much effort and thought it takes to do something successfully. It works like this:

If you want to achieve a goal, make sure that your goal is 10 times more ambitious than your initial plan, and also make sure that your plan will require 10 times more effort than you initially thought.

Grant Cardone on demand

Grant Cardone on Demand (a.k.a Automotive Sales Training) is a powerful online tool that provides dealers with QuickFix ™ sales and management tools, sales meetings, and sales solutions.

NADA University, which offers on-demand training in the automotive sector, was greatly impressed and was able to partner with Grant Cardone thanks to his extensive knowledge of the automotive industry.

Grant Cardone teaches each segment. The content is constantly being updated and it’s a niche quite interesting and relevant in today’s economy.

Grant Cardone Investing

Cardone Capital is the industry standard for real estate crowdfunding, and it works almost like an investment fund.

Unlike other platforms, they allocate their capital to professionally managed real estate investment groups that outperform the market by a significant margin.

Cardone Capital’s operations haven’t been a waste of money for investors, and are primarily focused on multi-family residential real estate.

If you’re looking for one of the safest real estate categories, this guy has historically proven to be one of them. In addition, the funds are designed for a very long term, with a specific holding period of 10 years.

Cardone Capital always follows this four-part strategy:

  • Search for properties; negotiate the purchase price and financing conditions; close the deal.
  • Investors can purchase a share in institutional-quality real estate, either in individual assets or as part of funds. Does not offer real estate investment shares (REIT)
  • Cardone collects money from tenants it considers creditworthy.
  • Paying a monthly dividend is the best way to keep shareholders involved.

There are several things that could make this a good investment. One of them (and for many the most important) is that they claim to have never lost the money of any investor. And avoiding losses is important.

Conclusion: Is Grant Cardone legit?

Is Grant Cardone, the New York Times best-selling author and a business genius, really a scam?

It’s a question that comes up often on message boards and in Twitter discussions of social entrepreneurs. And the answer, most people would say, is yes. But are they right?

I don’t know for sure, but I do know this: he has helped millions of people around the world with his advice on how to build wealth. He is also well respected in the financial world for providing services that other professionals are afraid to offer.

Look:

One of the best investments you can make in your life is investing in your skills because developing them improves your earning potential and increases your financial confidence.

Getting a mentor can make this process faster, and I think Grant Cardone is a really great choice. Despite what they say, Grant Cardone is a go-getter with lots of successes behind him. He has launched himself from nothing to the top of the real estate investing world.

That alone makes it worth giving it a shot, don’t you think?
