UpVoice Review: What You Need to Know

UpVoice is a website that’s paying members to browse the web. It sounds like a wonderful opportunity and you’re probably tempted to sign up and start earning right away.

However if you want to make sure it’s actually legitimate and not a scam, then continue reading this UpVoice review. This way you can stop wondering if this site is for real and decide if it’s something worth trying out.

Let’s dive right in!

What is UpVoice?

To begin, let me give you a brief overview of UpVoice:

Upvoice is a service that pays you to browse the internet, and it’s only available in the United States. Some might call it a “market research panel,” but I like to think of it as a way to make some cash while you’re surfing the web.

The concept of UpVoice is very similar to Vindale Research, but without the requirement of taking surveys.

To participate, you must install UpVoice’s browser extension, which will run in the background of your browser while you surf the web. This extension works by collecting information from your browsing sessions and submitting it to UpVoice, which then pays out cash rewards.

In addition, you may be asked to complete other tasks for higher payouts.

How does UpVoice work?

UpVoice is an app that works as an extension for Chrome. As it runs, it tracks the advertising you see on webpages, gather data from your social media accounts, and find out more about your interests.

It’s important to note that UpVoice will anonymize your data—making it impossible for anyone to identify you.

Step 1: Signup on UpVoice’s site

You can start with the application form. It only takes a few minutes to complete, and they ask you questions about your skills, interests, experience and education. You’ll also need to provide some personal information like your phone number or address at this stage.

Step 2: Download and install UpVoice browser extension

Now you have head out to their homepage and click on “Get UpVoice.” The link will direct you to the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge, depending on which browser you use.

The installation process is fairly straightforward.

After the extension has been installed, make sure it’s active by looking for a colored icon in your browser near your address bar.

If the icon is gray-scale, your extension isn’t active and you’ll need to click on it and select “Sign In” to activate it. On the other hand, if an orange color appears next to your address bar with a green check mark then you’re all set!

Step 3: Browse the web and reap the rewards

Once you’re signed up, you can browse the internet as normal. The UpVoice extension will automatically track your activity and reward you when you’re browsing the web.

Can you make money with UpVoice?

UpVoice is unique thanks to its high payouts. In addition, it features a browser extension that lets you earn UpVoice’s tokens without even realizing it. The more research you do and the more surveys you take, the more money you’ll be able to make with UpVoice.

You also have the opportunity to gain bonuses for completing extra activities with UpVoice.

For example, if you join the platform and invite your friends to join, then you’ll receive a bonus from them. You can also increase your earnings by referring new members to UpVoice as well.

These are just some of the ways that you can earn money with this platform. Let’s dig deeper:

UpVoice Payment System

To begin earning money, you need to sign up at UpVoice (you’ll get 300 tokens/$5 for this) and then start browsing. You will earn 10 tokens for every site that you visit.

As soon as you reach 2,100 tokens, you will be eligible to earn a milestone bonus token, which is 240 tokens. This means that if you visit your favorite sites everyday, you could potentially reach a milestone bonus every day.

It is worth noting that, unlike other pay-per-site programs, UpVoice’s pay-per-day system has no cap. You can earn tokens indefinitely.

However, the absence of PayPal as a payment option is really frustrating, especially when you’ve accumulated UpVoice’s payment threshold (600 tokens/$10) and are waiting for your payment to be sent via gift cards.

Who can join UpVoice?

The most important thing is that you have a Facebook account. If you don’t, you can create one for free right from your UpVoice dashboard. They will not post anything on your behalf without your permission.

In addition, they require you to:

  • Live in the United States or Canada
  • Have a good internet connection and a computer with a microphone and webcam
  • Be able to speak English fluently
  • Be 18 years old or older
  • Use Google Chrome or Edge web browser. If you’re using Safari, Firefox or other browsers, you may not be able to install the extension.

The best part about UpVoice:

– Their website is very simple and easy to use.
– The money you earn with UpVoice can be withdrawn at any time, and you can request a payout even if you’ve earned less than $10.
– They also have an active community of supporters who are willing to help you with questions and give you tips on how to make more money with the platform.
– They have a referral program where they pay $5 per friend referred, and they also offer a $5 sign-up bonus for new members.

The worst about UpVoice:

UpVoice, however, has a couple of drawbacks that might be deal-breakers for some.
UpVoice is only available to US residents. There is no information on whether or not they plan to expand into other markets.

Also, although the company offers gift cards and tokens instead of cash, it does not pay out in real time. Users must wait for their rewards to be released; there is no way to cash out immediately if you need the money now.

Is UpVoice legit or a scam?

UpVoice is not a get-rich-quick scheme, nor a scam. You won’t find the opportunities that will allow you to start your own business and quit your job anytime soon.

They don’t guarantee that you will earn any money at all. However, many people enjoy using this website to earn some cash on the side while doing things they already do online anyway.

For me UpVoice is a way to get paid for doing something you love (browsing the internet), but it’s not getting anywhere near to replacing a full time income.

Sum Up: Is UpVoice a good money-making opportunity?

Well, let me get this straight:

You won’t make a living out of UpVoice – this is not a real business or a real job. You’ll earn very little money doing these tasks every day. Maybe it’s enough to buy yourself something nice, but nothing more than that.

I just don’t see a future in this type of opportunities. The pay is low, and there are a lot of other ways to make money online.

If you want to succeed with UpVoice, you have to spend a lot of time doing this, and then you’ll have to find something else that pays better.

I don’t think it’s worth your time and effort, but if you want to check it out, let me know how it goes!
