Let’s jump right in.

What is 7-Figures Recruiting?

The 7-Figures Recruiting program consists of a series of courses that are designed to help coaches and consultants build their own recruitment agencies from scratch or recruit the best salespeople out there.

There’s no info on who started the company though, but they claim to have a team that has worked together in the past building a recruiting agency for salespeople

It’s not a one-size fits all approach either. Instead of teaching everyone the same thing, 7-Figures Recruiting helps each coach figure out what they want to do with their business and then takes them through the steps they need to take get there.

7-Figures Recruiting costs $2,997 which includes access to all courses in addition to personal coaching sessions with the founders themselves.

What does 7 Figures Recruiting’s training program teach?

The 7-Figures Recruiting website is pretty sparse on this topic, as there’s not much information on it at all.

This is a red flag for right from the start, because you’d want to know exactly what you’re buying before you buy it, right?

Anyway, from what I’ve been able to gather, the 7-Figures Recruiting program offers a membership, which includes access to a collection of videos and tools to help you build your own agency or team.

They claim their training is based on years of experience working with top tier sales professionals, as well as scientific research into what makes someone successful in sales.

They also claim that their system works for any industry or niche market.

Positives and negatives about 7 Figures Recruiting

Positives

  • The main goal of 7-Figures Recruiting is to help you make money without having to work yourself to death.

You can make money in many ways, and one of those ways is recruiting—getting people to work for you.

If you have the right strategy, you can start working for yourself as a recruiter or consultant, but you can also use the knowledge provided in this program to recruit other people.

It’s all about having a good strategy and following it through with persistence and consistency.

  • You don’t need previous skills

What this all means is that you don’t need to have any previous skills or expertise in recruiting or sales to use our product.

You can get up and running with only basic knowledge about how these businesses work—however, if you want to take your career seriously and become successful, you’ll need to put in some effort into learning about the recruiting field as well as about how hiring works for companies.

Negatives

  • There’s not enough info about the program online.

This turned out to be a red flag: We couldn’t find any reviews by actual users on blogs or social media platforms

We did eventually find one blog post written by a student who hadn’t finished the program yet, but with no photo and no real name attached to it, we still weren’t too sure about whether it was authentic or not.

  • This course won’t make you money alone.

You can’t learn to sell your services from this course, and that’s just the beginning.

There are tons of reasons why this product won’t make you money, but you can get an idea of what they are just by reading its name: “7 Figures Recruiting.”

It’s not clear what the course is teaching or promising until you read the description (and even then, it might not be completely clear). The numbers in its name indicate that it’s intended for people who want to make a lot of money from their business/recruiting/etc.

However, when it comes to the actual content, there are no specifics about how to do that.

  • We don’t know who the founders are

It was very hard to find out who the founders of 7 Figures Recruiting are.

Not only is there no information about them on the website, but Google didn’t yield any results either.

Their website has a generic feel—there’s nothing about them here that makes you think, “This is real, this is authentic.” And more importantly, this makes me wonder who you’ll be really dealing with if you sign up for their coaching program.

While it’s true that we can’t always trust what we read online, it seems like a bit of a leap of faith to trust someone who doesn’t even want to put their name on their company’s website…

If they don’t want you to know who they are, what else would they be hiding?

What other secrets could they have? Do they even exist at all?

7 Figures Recruiting Review: Are They Legit?

A lot has been said about 7 Figures Recruiting:

Some say they’re overpriced. Some say they’re a scam. And some say they’re the best.

Despite these controversies, one thing is for sure — there are no success stories out there on the internet that can help you understand what 7-Figures Recruiting is all about and if it’s legit or not.

That’s why we think 7-Figures Recruiting is a potential scam.

Takeaway: Should you join the 7 Figures Recruiting program?

Well, as you probably already know, the 7-Figures Recruiting program has several red flags that make us wary about recommending it to you.

In fact, the whole idea of 7 Figure Recruiting doesn’t make a lot of sense to us.

It’s true that you don’t need to have any experience in recruiting or anything like that, but it seems like there’s already an established and very effective way of finding the kind of people who would fit in at this sort of company—and it doesn’t involve posting ads on random websites and newsletters.

But maybe that’s just us being cynical, and maybe there is a huge demand for an efficient way to do this sort of recruiting…

Anyways, if you’re still thinking about joining 7-Figure Recruiting, make sure to do further research before making a decision.
