Is Your Income Space a scam? Well, can’t say it is.

But let me be honest:

I have little confidence in the method of renting properties the way Brett & Ashley laid out in this course.

It’s very complicated and you’ll always have to look at the fine print of the contracts, because not all of them will allow this kind of operation.

I’m not saying it’s not a good program. I’m sure it is. I’ve read some people saying that they made money with this method.

However, the price tag is too high for that kind of information, in my opinion.


If you have any property that’s valuable to the right people, then this business model can work. If you don’t currently have one, don’t expect to be successful with location rental.

Despite what Brett & Ashley Noble say, location rental is not an easy business, even if you’re good at it. And don’t forget about the money you will have to spend on marketing or on buying leads -on top of the courses overpriced price tag.

However, if you have some previous real estate and marketing knowledge, and are ready to fully commit to your business, then Your Income Space may be a good option. Just do your research -you can always find better ways to make money!
